Gujarat has shown its development strength to the entire world, and therefore has grabbed lots of big investments in past, In Auto-mobile industry Tata Nano plant in Sanand is one of the example.

Now real estate showing it’s charm, Around 50 members of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), an apex body of builders, will sign investment agreements worth Rs 15,000 crore, mostly housing projects which will be build in Ahmedabad , Vadodara & Surat. These builders  are from Mumbia, Delhi, Banglore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Coimbatore and Mohal.

Vadodarians, If you are missing spicy food and entertainment in night, just wait some time, VMC is all set to launch Ratri Bajar, an all-night market in the city near Vuda Circle. It will provide citizens entertainment, food and shopping options all through the night.  According to this article, Tender process just has been completed, design is ready and work will be started soon.

It is still not clear how many shops and till when it will be completed, but if it created and managed well, surely it will enhance vadodara night life to great extent and will be opportunity for lots of new employment.  So if you thinking to start new food shop or something related, think about ratri bajar.

We assume that it will be in the line of of Khau Galli  in near Anand or Law Garden in Ahmedabad.

Real estate is always one of the most attractive investment for everyone. Vadodara is emerging as real estate investment hub due to following points

  • Rates in Vadodara are still much more reasonable compare to near by city like Ahmedabad and Surat
  • Vadodara could well be the next IT hub of the state after Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
  • Anand and Surat fairly near by as well as the Express highway connecting Ahmedabad and Vadodara , is doing wonder.
  • It’s home town of numbers of Gujarati NRI
  • Mumbia is saturated and large number of investor thinking investment in gujarat

In a way Vadodara has capability to do well in residential and commercial property segment both and thus it is attracting large number of foreign and Indian real estate investors.

Builders in vadodara going for noble cause in Swarnim Gujarat celebrations

Baroda Land and Building Developers Association (BLBDA) has organised a 10-day health camp from 5th May to 15th May. The health check-ups will be coordinated by all the builders across Vadodara. Builders have been asked to send all of labours working for their construction unit to this health check-up.

This entire event has been organized as part of Swarnim Gujarat celebrations. It seems huge success as on the first day around 250 workers turned up for check-up.

If you are builder and still not aware about this, please show your loyalty towards your worker and send them for health checkup, After all “health is wealth”.
